Introduction

Online Low-E glass, also known as hard-coated Low-E glass, is manufactured using an advanced pyrolytic process called Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD). The Low-E coating is applied directly onto the float glass surface during production in the tin bath.

This hard coating provides excellent chemical and mechanical stability, high light transmission, and strong durability. It is easy to process and suitable for a wide range of applications.

Smart Glass Low-E glass is a coated glass designed to reflect medium and far infrared radiation. Its emissivity is reduced to approximately 0.17, compared to 0.84 for standard clear glass. This makes it an energy-efficient solution for modern buildings, improving insulation and reducing energy consumption.
